What time did I write this post? Blogspot/Blogger is reporting incorrect time! For the last two posts, the timestamp was behind the actual time by around 20-30 minutes. Google though is reporting the correct time.
What is going on?

Are you saying that when you create a new post and immediately publish it, the timestamp is behind by 20 minutes? I just tested something similar by creating a new post and saving the post. It said that the draft saved at X:XX and X:XX was the right time.
yes that is what I meant. There was a difference between the actual time and the timestamp provided by blogspot.com. Surely such errors are ephemeral.
